The business has significant focus on property lending in specific asset classes and knowledge of credit risk sanctioning best practice, risk management and governance are particularly valued by the Executive.
Our objective was to source candidates from within the banking sector who had the necessary credit risk oversight expertise coupled with the appropriate governance and oversight capability to challenge the UK Board and provide credibility to the Regulator.
Working in partnership with the client, our in-house research function developed a comprehensive market map of C-suite candidates and created a detailed briefing pack.
Whilst being mindful of potential conflicts of interest, we communicated with potential target individuals and produced a longlist of twelve qualified executives to discuss with Bank Leumi.
Our lead consultant conducted six detailed interviews and presented a shortlist of five candidates to the Chairman.
